Delivery Policy – Within Australia

Delivery is not included in the cost of your order. STICKY WICKY Pty Ltd uses Australia Post and local couriers for shipping, ensuring that you will receive your products on time and the parcel can always be tracked. All orders are packed carefully in order for you to receive them in the same condition they left our premises.

Because of the standard size of our product, we are able to estimate your postage and handling charges at time of order.

Our preferred method of payment is ON-LINE using VISA or Mastercard.  Our security system ensures your credit card and personal details are safe and secure.

Other methods of payment such as Direct Deposit, Money Order, Business Cheque or Personal Cheques are happily accepted.  Contact us with your preferred method and we’ll happily assist you with more details.  Goods will be despatched once funds have cleared.

 Delivery Policy – Outside Australia

We do not offer international shipping options via our website shop.  If you would like us to arrange delivery outside Australia, then please contact us directly.  

Because freight is expensive and our products can weigh up to 5kgs, we've been working hard to make our brand available outside of Australia.  We have distribution in United Kingdom, Canada, USA, South Africa and New Zealand.  Please visit our Stockists page for more information.
